Hudson — Seattle's New American Public House
Open for dinner and drinks seven nights a week. On weekends we do lunch too!
Hudson has been in business at 8014 15th Ave N.E., in the Maple Leaf neighborhood of Seattle, since 2009. Owner Seth Howard also operates the Last Drop Bottle Shop next door to Hudson, and Collins Pub at 526 2nd Ave in Pioneer Square.
